Comments about Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is more of a lighter to medium pressure technique. The heat and the weight of the stones do a lot of the work, so it is much easier on the therapist’s body. It can provide a nice break from more strenous techniques such as Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.
